Projection is when someone has a feeling like guilt or shame and because they don’t know how to handle that feeling they project this feeling onto someone else. Now this is something everyone does at some point in their lives but I want you to be able to identify it when others project onto you and when you are doing it to others. Projection is done on an unconscious level. So when you do identify someone is projecting they will deny it because projection is part of a protection mechanism to help you cope with negative feelings
At some point in the past or currently participating in this behaviour
You point out in others traits that you don’t like. The problem is, you have that trait but don’t see it in yourself. This is projecting.
Identifying when you are projecting is a powerful tool in self growth because you get to own your feelings and therefore you get to take accountability for your part to play on the situation.
The more accountability you take in your life for your life the easier your life will work. That’s because when you own how your life worked out and why things are the way they are in your current experience it means you own how your future looks and how your future plays out in your relationships in your health in your prosperity
