Law is not permitted to beating manhandle torture to citizens Law permitting applying force only. Police need to investigate cases by using modern technology police excessive is not permitted. Police needs much trainings in police academies MODERN investigative techniques. Police needs independence. POLITICAL pressure must removed. TRANSPARENCY is NEEDED in law operating system of administration. So REFORMS NEEDED in law enforcement system.
