That ayat came about from Ammar Ibn Yasir r.a. look up the tafsir. There's a hadith about one performing Taqqiya and a person didn't. I dont know the hadith word for word but if i remember correctly: A man came to Rasoolu'Allah s.a.w.a asking about 2 men. 2 men were asked if they were muslims and one performed taqqiya and one didnt. The one who did was granted paradise and the one who didn't perform taqqiya and was killed, died a Shaheed (Martyrdom).
