I have been struggling my whole life with an abuse that happened when I was around 3 years old . As we could imagine I had to work so hard at learning to have compassion and love for myself mainly because of the ways I needed to survive . This was a powerful tool to help me along the way . ❤

Thank you Tara, as the ending of the meditation was approaching. My mind projected an image of a lake with thick and calm waters. I was there alone in peace and joy. At least for a moment.
