Thats true. But purchasing site in Bangalore is more risky as majority of lands do not have proper documents or it will be a revenue land. Per sqft price of land is not affordable to any middle class people and again spending on building the house on site will be a dream.

If you need to consider as a temporary house then its okay but for permanent its not worth it. Lets wait till the summer comes and every house is sold. How will you arrange water? They will start charging water bill which can come as far as 6k per month plus maintenance extra. That time gardens will be gone and tress will go dead. Its the reality, they are maintaining everything now because they need to sell house still.

Living in apt is best in today’s bengalooru. Especially for kids and elders. For kids they will get huge space to play and also lot of amenities. And for elders swear it is heaven. We have been living in apts for the past 13 yrs . My brother livies in prestige With 1075 flats and I live in apt where we have 500 flats. We celebrate every festival. Life is different in apts when compared to safety, socialising, And many more things. There is huge huge huge difference between and Individual house and flat in an apt. A gated community cannot be compared to individual house. Nice decision Gowdre. Your baby will have lot of friends and large space to play. Enjoy life.
