I slipped on ice and broke my left wrist the other day. You would think I was on the mountain snowboarding for about five hours and nothing happens. On the way out I slipped on a patch of black ice and broke my left wrist

I love that low anchored squat machine that you were using Hunter. I remember using something similar by Technogym a few years back and it absolutely killed my quads, as you eluded to. But holy mackerel did it improve my vertical very quickly.

Great video however, am I the only one that was uncomfortable at how Tara laughed and laughed and laughed at Hunter when he fell without any outward concern as to whether or not he was alright? Even his friend asked if he was alright. I also noticed how she pushes Hunter as if trying to get him off balance. Very uncomfortable to watch. Tara, none of this is cool. Hunter has preciously said that he's sensitive. Girl you have to have some empathy and concern for others and especially Hunter who is very sweet. You're about to get married and at some point and time, he'll get tired of being laughed at and you not showing empathy or concern. It's ok to show emotions and concern when something happens. No one likes to be laughed at. A fall can be dangerous. Many people suffer serious injuries from falls and even worse. It won't be laughable then.
