@@britjamison5944 I don't think that's odd but pretty common. Not all people are the same. i didn't go to the kindergarten instead my grandma was with me and I am so happy and have such a great memmories even nowdays I talk to her about it and the great things she learned me. But I also lacked some socials skills my first years in school I was very shy and not used to the other kids. And I don't expect my father in law would take care of my kids for a vacation. And I know my mom will take the kid for a few hours or a day now and then but I will ask her before assuming it's something "normal". Because I don't agree with some people having kids and than dropping them off at their parents house every second day - I know some parents personally where a grandma cooks and does 90% for the kids and parents are out having fun and even complaining. When you are older it's more difficult to raise a child than it was when you were younger healthier and all that. So even though grandparents love their grandchildren we have to ask them and consider what they are capable of and what is too much for them.

The baby is cute. The outfit is cute. Together Grayson and that outfit are too adorable for words. Both look so 'big boy.' It's damp and rainy outside. OK, so you have to start that old man or just old-fashioned habit of guys wearing garters on their socks for Grayson. His feet will be chilled to the bone if he keeps kicking socks off. I'll bet they don't make those men's sock garters in a size that would fit him, though. LOL. You are so good. My guy does his own packing, his own laundry, and gets what is the custom between him and his mother for Mothers' Day (same with his father). He knows what he needs for our itinerary. He knows what his customs have been with his parents for decades prior to my arrival on the scene. He knows exactly how he likes his white shirts done. So, have at it. If he forgets something or ruins something, it is on him to fix it, replace it. Aw, look at Grayson all stretched-out on the floor by the chair Chloe sleeps under! The kids will be fine and have each other and your folks.

Takeisha McComb - Grandma may not drive or be comfortable driving in such a huge suburb of two big cities where she doesn't really know where things are. The other grandparents are nearby, if they have to go anywhere suddenly. I was under the impression that they shopped carefully so they could stay at home for the weekend and enjoy one another and not have any pressures to run errands.

Tell me why I never received a valentine day basket as a kid. Moreso just candy and cards from school. And I didn’t do any v day baskets for my girls either (2 and 4 months).
