My son is autistic and the tears I have cried over his eating. He would only eat certain foods and it had to be cut a certain way. Now, he is 6 and an amazing eater he will try and eat anything! I am incredibly proud of him. Just saying hold on, it eases ❤

Flonase works great for most of our patients. When instilling the mist into your nasal passages, tilt and spray inwards towards the top inner portion of your nose.

Tara - use the HEB brand one. It works miracles. I got addicted to it for years and had to quit cold Turkey when I got pregnant. But just know if you are at a point of can’t breath at night, use that HEB one.

Tara I have used Flonase for many years and it’s the best for allergies..Mine have been really bad this past week! Nothing worst eyes watering and ya nose either stopped up or it’s flowing like milk an honey lol. I’m over it, last night I had a headache right over my right eye omg it was the worst. Seem like I was up every hour on the hour.. I’m praying that yours heals and moves on....

My husband used to struggle with allergies/congestion a ton. Tried many things to treat, including Flonase and afrin, but about a year ago was recommended Xlear and has loved the results. Just a suggestion.

hi Tara, regarding the B12, do you get tested first to see what you B 12 is beforehand?? Once, my daughter was tested and found out it was too high and was told to cut back on her supplements. I guess it's not good to be over a certain amount at least consistently. Thoughts??

I have very bad allergies! I went for allergy shots for 10 years, off for 15 years, but I'm starting them again! U need to take sudafed until u decongest. I think XYZAL is the best antihistamine, CLARITIN gave me high anxiety & I couldn't sleep. Also, dairy products will worsen congestion, so avoid them until it clears up! Bisvuits are the crust cut into and chicken and vegs on top. Buisuits should be buttered so the carb doesnt turn to straight sugar. Biscuits shouldnt come out of a can. Too many chemicals, read labels if you cant pronoune it dont eat it.
