Evelyn Raley Keep looking forward. I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety since childhood, it hit me like a ton of bricks after have my first daughter. I suffered from terrible postpartum depression. It didn’t help I was only 18. I didn’t know how or if I would ever be myself again. I am here to tell you that it gets better. Reach out for help wherever you can. Never forget to take time for yourself. I can not tell you how much self car makes a difference. Even if it’s just a bubble bath after putting the girls to bed. A great alternative for Goo Gone is Tea Tree Oil!! It works surprisingly well and doesn’t have the harsh chemicals of Goo Gone. It’s also an antiseptic so it’s great to add to water to use as a cleaner.

Grayson's smile is so sweet once freed from the carseat, but it can be seen in his eyes that he's tired. Don't you just love the stretches and smiles that greet you when they awaken from sleep? Such a joy. He ate and then spit up a fair amount twice. Is the doctor going to start watching his weight again to make sure he is retaining enough nourishment? Or is he going to find a substitute for the Zantac among the other H2 blockers or heartburn meds that do not contain the problematical pollutant. Good to see Shay eating at breakfast. Like the drawing that Baylee did in school. Thanks for sharing the day.

For the future, glass cleaner works to get stickers off too! It’s nice because it’s always on hand so you don’t have to buy anything special. You just have to spray the stickers so they’re soaked and leave it for like 5-10 minutes and then it should wipe right off.

It’s is very normal for babies to spit up until they start sitting up. They are called “happy spitters” and it’s because the opening between the stomach and esophagus isn’t full developed. I used to always worry but they grow out of it. It’s only when they are not gaining weight and very uncomfortable like arching their back is when you should be concerned. My pediatrician said is more of a laundry problem than an actual problem, lol.

Love these videos! Very inspiring. Just a tip from a mom x 9...use a pizza cutter to cut up the girl's food. It is much faster, than a fork & knife! Another- you can wash the fabric part of those lunch boxes then let air dry to help you keep those germs at bay.

I live in the Phil where taking care of the environment is a serious issue...here supermarkets ask you if you'd like to have recycable grocery bags or have everything wrapped and placed in cartons.. Which they do it like a pro.. And it gets more convinient to move them as you place them in the cart and no worries to have left anything behind... I wonder how grocery shops out there come up with a lot of plastic and wrapping waste... Here they also use banana leaves to wrap food items like vegetables instead of the usual plastic

I used to live in Alabama and they didn’t care about the plastic waste either 😓 I actually wasn’t even able to get a recycling bin because they discontinued them 🤦‍♀️ So I guess the south is pretty behind. But regardless, if we each do a little, I think it makes a difference! My biggest thing is buying raw, unpacked ingredients, because produced stuff comes in a cringy amount of packaging 😅
