Make homemade taramo salad with the simplest ingredients, particularly tasty, ideal to accompany any fasting meal.
MATERIALS
250 gr. Bread without crust
150 gr. Tarama white
1 small onion
110 gr. Sunflower oil
110 gr. Olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
30 gr. Water (1 Shot)
For the Surface
Olive oil
Olives
Black pepper
Dill, chopped
Prescription Process
In a bowl, put crustless stale bread cut into slices
Pour 1 liter of water and let it soak for 20 minutes
Put a towel in another bowl and pour the soaked bread
We squeeze them well until all the moisture is gone
Put 250 gr. bread drained in water
150 gr. Tarama white
1 small onion cut into pieces
Juice of 2 lemons
Beat for 3-4 minutes until the ingredients are homogenized
Add 110 gr. olive oil and 110 gr. sunflower oil (1 cup)
Add the olive oil and sunflower oil in 2-3 portions, beating continuously
The more we beat the mixture, the softer the taramo salad becomes
At the end, we correct the density with 30 g. water (1 shot)
Try if you want more lemon
If it turns out thin, then add some breadcrumbs and mix
When they become a smooth pulp, serve it on a plate
Sprinkle with a little olive oil
Garnish with olives
Black pepper
Sprinkle with chopped dill
