The back of the extractor is the loaded chamber indicator. It’s out when there is no round in the chamber and flush when there is a round in the chamber.

Live round indicator is the tab behind the ejection port. When the chamber is loaded it is flush with the slide. It’s raised when the chamber is empty. It can be seen and felt easily

I just picked up the P365 xl with the Romeo 1 red dot and I love it almost as much as my Sig P226 Blackwater.

There is a live well indicator, you ran your finger across it. It's the slender piece of steel that runs along the right side of the slide. Toward the back of that piece is an area that's rounded off and that is flush when the well is live but it sticks out just barely when it's empty. Double check yours to make sure that is correct. I have the 365 xl. One of my other guns has the same kind of live well check but it is opposite of the way this one works, it's an FN though, different animal.

Have had my 365 almost a yr. Haven't shot it as much as id like but when I do it shoots real well. Mine has the flat trigger too which is nice, wish the reset was stronger like my glock

The extractor is the physical live round indicator. Once a round is chambered, the extractor will sit flush with the slide!

Love my 365, it's my grab and go. I carry a 220 desert for my standard right hand conceal but my 365 is my left front pocket gun. It clears super easy, no snags and has never failed me,,, and it's a +p!

Love mine, No mods stock, Over 12k rds and counting! Early build 03/18 no issues!! Got a G48 and the fist thing had to do is drop a TT trigger and change out the sights, then the shield s15 mags came out😍 As much as I love my G48, the p365 is still my go to!!

Nice content - thanks. BTW, the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) on your camera is clamping the audio input way down when you are shooting and then takes a long time to recover when you start talking again. You could either wait longer before you speak after shooting, or turn AGC off. Hope this helps!

The P365 does have a round in chamber indicator on the right side .. when there is a round in the chamber .. it’s smooth .. no round -it sticks out ... not very pronounced but it’s there ... ps I like the coating on the barrel👍

I have been considering the P365 when I want something smaller than my Glock 23. Starting to think I would like the XL and buy a standard slide for some situations, that way I get the flat trigger and the 12 round mags feed better without pinching my hand. Cheers

The 365 is completely modular, so you can do whatever you want with it. You can pull the trigger group out of the grip module and mix and match anything you want, to include custom laser etched and designed poly lowers. This also includes mix matching the XL and regular parts. Just about everything about it is more advanced than a Glock.

Good little gun indeed. I was considering the SAS. I rented it at the local range to try out, and within 3 mags the sight broke and no longer illuminated. Of course a range gun, I don't know how many rounds it had seen before me, but it was still enough to kill my interest. Went XL.

just picked up a glock 43x and got a shield arms s15 mag too (15 round magazine for G43x!) thing is awesome. I love it! I have the grand master connector kit in it right now, that ok for carry use too? Figured it was safe but wanted to make sure!

Same love mine! I carry the Arx Inceptor rds as well. Keeps it light and with a high rd count. Awesome gun. Will get a p365 someday. Looks like a cool little gun. Kinda small but good for carry. I do like the full grip on the 43x.

A got a Mischief Machine macro commander Xl grip module and the 3.7” xl slide with the Parker Mountain Machine barrel and comp with a TLR-7sub with antimatter wing and Tactical Development +2 basepad. I think you could make something VERY similar, but with the shape of the Pit Viper. Same comp design and slide cuts. Do it in DLC black with polished highs and brushed steel and aluminum accents. That would be AMAZING 🤩
