I'm thinking it was too expensive to even consider painting the house and adding a porch. The new doors are a huge improvement though. But yeah, a porch would have totally added to the curb appeal.

I'm with others here who think adding a small porch would have totally changed the outside. The inside looks incredible though. What a transformation! I wonder how much the house ended up selling for. That's the first time I've seen Christina do anything with live creatures. Lol. Good on her for finding them a home.

The bathroom with the wallpaper is really nice and a color scheme that's not all grey/black/white, but the front door opens into the dining room. That's a no. Lots of bad feng shui in this floor plan.

I think this house simply lacked curb appeal. A couple of small trees and a bit of hedge would have made a difference. Did tgey ever sell it? The original looked like a home business whose ownwer simply died.

Exactly. It also looked like there are some really important documents there. The house gave me the idea of an accountant or lawyer working from home, who likes fresh eggs. Major respect to Christina for finding a new home for the chickens. 👏👏👏❤
