I hate everything about this. Concrete floor in the bedroom. Bath tub in the middle of the room where you would lose all the heat from your hot water. I am glad to be part of the masses who do not understand this artistry.

It might be artistic but not practical to live in. Especially as a family. Concrete isn’t comfortable to walk, the kitchen lacked storage space and a pantry and the stone wall inside the kitchen is impossible to clean and probably has to be torn out after a year. The removal of the skirting boards will lead over time to damp walls from mopping and spilling accidents. Can you imagine a toddler inside the house? A design has to be practical first and artistic secondly. She failed horrible in that regard. As a family you probably have to invest thousands to make it fit.

I like the second one, even though they used wallpaper, I think it presents a unique personality. I also liked the white cabinets in the second walk in closet. The third bathroom did have a lot going on, so it didn't feel cohesive. Even though I love clawfoot tubs, it wasn't my favorite. Leanne's style is probably a little too niche for middle America, but so much personality, and I think buyers who are passionate about it, will love it all the more. Its definitely not something people would forget. Its also much more cohesive than contestant #3, which is such a hodge podge. Also Tarek is way too "skater boi" with his "rads" for a 40something man with two kids! lol

💙 All lovely and I agree to the tariks summations were he said starkly different floor types going from one to the other not flowing properly, and now place was too fussy, too many, and non matching things. Leanne always has beautiful calm places the only thing is I didn't like the bath in front of you when you walk into the bathroom and a hundred percent of the time having to walk around the bath to get to the sinks - bath to the side would have been beautiful

I honestly think Allison had the best in terms of design and practicality. Leanne’s was very unique but there was very little counter space and no custom shelving in the closet even though it was expanded. Also, it’ll be freezing to have a shower in that because there’s no place to capture the condensation

I've yet to see one thing I'd do if I ever had the money or ability. I really want a 3 or 4 adjustable mirror for hair and make up and another full-length for wardrobe.

The last bathroom may strike awe in ya but the bathtub arrangement is anti-soaker friendly. There is no ledge for beverage or candles. No where to put soaps, lotions, tools, towels, or robe. No where to set cell phone or a book. No handheld shower head to rinse the body or clean tub. And seriously, who wants to be the center of attention when bathing/soaking? There's no lighting softener, no music. No mirror. There isn't even a chair or bench. No whirlpooll/massagers. Rich people don't know how to enjoy a tub. Oh, they have staff that dries them and hands them their robe. 😂

First was way better in my opinion. The last one the bedroom was bland white with almost nothing in it. Yes the last change the bathrooms layout but I didn't like it and for how much space she get even in the closet she should have done more there , she just had some roads in the closet. First the black featured wall in the bedroom the bathroom with all the updated amenities and that closet was amazing a lot of shelves and spaces for storage. And usually I don't like Alison I think it's her name, but those bathroom, bedroom and closet were amazing. I usually like Mina's style but this time she disappointed me.

Yeah but the contest is about creating the most value and more square foot is simply the winning argument. Also the 7000 Dollar toilet was a waste of money and on my opinion the money would be better have been better spent on the floor.
