What!?!?!.......wait!?!?!........how!?!?!?.......but the heli!?!?........... I was waiting for a black hole to appear as this man can clearly bend the physics of space and time. I am truly and utterly floored!!!! Mr Alsaadi, you truly are a master in a category occupied by only yourself. I didn’t even know it’s was even possible to make an RC Helo behave in such a manner. Bravo sir, bravo!!!! Kindest regards Dean Wales, UK

Tareq Alsaadi No need for to thank me sir, but your humility means a huge amount, so Thankyou too sir. I have not exaggerated, I honestly don’t know how you manage these manoeuvres, or even keep your eye on it etc. Truly mesmerising. If you don’t mind, May I ask a quick question please? I am a novice flyer. I can fly scale style, but have never tried anything else, regarding 3D etc I am currently saving to purchase the Fireball, but due to only just returning to work after a long period off due to PTSD, it will take some time. Would you regard the Fireball suitable. I can fly RC helicopters, nothing like yourself sir, but am intending to try to advance my skills. However, I do not want to save and purchase only to find it is beyond my ability or not suitable. I understand if you are unable to answer. Once again, Thankyou for sharing this video, it’s fantastic and has reignited my passion for RC Helicopters. Kindest regards Dean Wales, UK

The head speed is around 5000 rpm according to Stefano Baiardi. The heli is heavier then others, but it is extreme solid built. Comparing it with a 450/470 as it has been done by Reza Nashta is complete out of line. Align's 470 is not half as solid built as the little Goblins. I rather get a little Goblin then an Align 470 for starting with 3D figures. About the flight time: It depends on your flight style, but the demos I saw at the Heli Challange have been around 5 minutes. And I have a 450 Dominatior, I know how many parts will break, when you hit the ground. The Goblins are more fun to fly then the 450, they are built more solid and they are much easier to repair (I have also a Goblin 380). I had the Fireball and the MiniComet in my hands, and there is no comparison to the 450. They are built like tanks, and there are only a few part on them. So even if you manage to break something it's easy to repair, what I can't say about the 450 after the tail rotor touched the ground and desintegrated.
@jetplaneflyer7 жыл бұрын
Maybe it's just me but 'built like a tank' isn't really something I want to hear about a heli. Ask yourself how well tanks fly! There is a saying "if you design a heli for crashing it will crash very well (but fly like crap)". Fingers crossed that SAB manage to pull it off and give us another good heli despite it's porky weight.

it looks great and has some really innovative design features but the weight at 890g seems extremely high for a heli of this size. It's about 200g more than any of it's competition, and that's a LOT of weight to carry for a micro.Flight times were extremely short and there seemed to be some bogging down when doing tic-tocs.... Could this maybe be result of the high weight? The batteries must be taking an absolute hammering if they are used up in 90 seconds like on the second flight.
@doughowdy70097 жыл бұрын
Ya . Your right , it's a power hungry pig. First flight was just under 2 minutes. Must be size of the motor, looks enormous, must draw a hell of a lot of amps., using a 60 amp esc gives you a clue.. It's advertised AUW of 890g is probably low , to be expected, more like 1000g, and like all SAB heli's, they are heavy. Anyway great concept.. but for me, plastic is not fantastic. These babies may sell well at Walmart

Hi I can’t find info anywhere for my heli and I need help. I just got an align 470lp kit it’s built but I can figure out what receiver I need? A full size (ar8020 or ar637) or a spektrum dsmx remote receiver ? If the remote receiver how does it plug into the micro beast? The side port looks way too big for the included wire. Also the manual recommends not to use a single remote receiver but also says you cannot install two so I’m so confused, some advice would be very appreciated

Well, sure it is a good Heli, BUT for that price I can get TREX 470LM which is bigger, more stable and of course easier to see in the sky. SAB Helis are perfect but if they want to really get the market they should reduce prices significantly.
@bkramber7 жыл бұрын
I think that crashes of TREX 470LM costs much more. And you have to spend more time to repair it.
@Captrez777 жыл бұрын
Yaroslav Tselikovskiy I agree with less time to fix, But costs I doubt it. Besides 470 is still much bigger than 280 therfore more stable for sure. I love SAB Helis but IMO they are made for advanced pilots who rarely crash because spare parts are expensive and not comparable with Align. As I said before they need to reduce prices to atract pilots in every flying level.
@bkramber7 жыл бұрын
Maybe you right, I'll think about 470 as my next heli.
@aquaden83447 жыл бұрын
I rather take the little goblin to start with 3D then an Align product. The fireball is way more robust in case of a crash, and Align products are a pain to repair. Comparing the fireball with a TREX doesn't make sense. Fixing the tail of a Trex after a crash is a nightmare. It might be improved with the 470, but I dumped my 450. The 450 wasn't worth the pain.
@Captrez777 жыл бұрын
Stefan Nold Repairing is a major part of Heli flying if you can't repair a crashed Heli its better to quit the hobby, otherwise you should spend more money to have someone fix your heli. I don't suggest smaller than 450 size Heli for a beginner. Fireball is good Heli but for price I'd pick up Trex 470 for its size, stability and crash worthy. If you are professional flyer and want something to fly in your backyard then go for fireball and have fun.

There are some great comments and accurate assessments here, but I am lost. It is confusing to me who they are looking to target with this new size line. In another video of the FireBall and Mini Comet they describe the Fire Ball as the "Everyday, frequent crash" helicopter of the two. The logic being lower part count and cost of replacements of plastic parts and such vs CF. For me I see it much differently. I live in Southern Ca and there are many local hobby shops but none that stock any SAB nor Align with the exception of Align's West-coast Distributor. Even with the WC Dist., they are a good hour plus drive for most based on the location and traffic. They aren't setup as a retail location anyhow. Blade helicopters are sold up to the 360CFX size RTF and BNF in many if not all stores to a degree. Replacement parts are either on hand or readily available within 24hrs at no additional cost. Additionally many of Blade models are now with a save feature RX built in for beginners. My take has been that since Blade stopped making anything larger than the discontinued 450 Blade, they've kinda cornered market on Micro's and Mini's. As to Align and SAB well flying anything 450 or larger vs Blade is simply comparing apples to Ferrari's. I do not want to crash frequently with a SAB or Align helicopter not to mention a 500, 600, 700 sized, stretched, carbon fiber, "anythingy". That is based upon cost, I can crash with my 230, 180, 130 etc then drive a few blocks and get the parts to be flying quickly. There is no reason for me to put expensive parts on BNF Blades. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the looks of both these new helicopters and am considering getting at least one, but will fly them and treat them like my larger helicopters being conservative on the sticks and less flying etc. What is your take if you read this far, God Bless? I'd hate to buy either and a few months into 2018 have SAB say, "yah know we're gonna stick with...." and D/C these.
