Target is my favorite! I can't go into the store without stopping at the dollar spot and picking up a bunch of things lol those envelopes with the red glitter I was bummed that not all the envelopes had glitter on them I'm glad I read the package before I bought them lol...awesome haul and finds! I love the heart shaped plates and matching mini tumblers for kids I picked them up for my two kids and my daughter specially loves them she loves having a tumbler like mama.
