Minimizing my dairy intake didn't really do anything, once I cut it out 100% I saw results. I've been dairy free for a year now, and it's been amazing. There are so many dairy alternatives for your cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and yogurts now too so you don't have to give up your favorite foods, just change your brands!

Here’s a tip I learned from an esthetician that I saw a huge difference right away. When you wash your face using your hands, wash your face for 60 seconds so that the cleanser has time to break down all of the makeup, residue, and dirt off of your skin. It made my skin feel so much better and looked so much better too. Also, do you use any facial oils? They are SO good for your skin (yes even if you have oily skin! Just not coconut oil)

Aloe is very natural and easy moisturizer on your skin ! My skin is very prone to acne and is very sensitive but I put aloe on my face everyday and I never had an issue with it ! All those other moisturizers have a lot of added chemicals in it . Aloe also reduces dark spots as well!

I used the CeraVe lotion and I had the same problem, but I switched to the cream thats in the tub and it doesn't irritate my face anymore, its helped a lot with the bumps. It is a thicker consistency, but its not greasy and it keeps my face soft.

I’ve been on the same journey hun for couple of years🙃 everything would break me out or dry my skin BAD until I started simplifying my skin care. I have the Neutrogena hydro boost but the regular one not the extra dry skin. Yay for another video! The little bumps and itchiness might be from bare minerals, unfortunately. I had the same experience. I’ve since switched to Raw Skin Ceuticals. I don’t get the bumps or itchy spots anymore, but I will say that you have to buff it into your skin well because it’s not as finely milled as bare minerals is. If you have a couple of days that you can stick around the house and not wear makeup, you should try not wearing the foundation for a few days and see if the problem resolves itself. Hope you’re both doing well. Can’t wait to see the office progress! 😄
