Im seeing foot traffic pick up at Target. Then again, i don't see a lot pick up trucks parked there.

You go to Walmart the parking lot full but people shopping still complaining. Target food is at same price level of Vons Albertsons. People buying clothes, makeup, bedroom products Target. The clothes at Walmart not very fashionable

And even Hanes Brands has been underperforming worse than any of these--where Bill has been Chairman--so people apparently can't even afford underwear. The stock is less than the price of a white t-shirt, so Bill has some work to do as board chair as soon as he gets of financial media. HBI needs to pay down the debt, innovate, and build the core brands. He may even need to tell the leadership it is "up or out" (stock/earnings has to go up in near term or the CEO etc probably needs to leave).
