How u get ur fps so high?

Your FPS depends on the Video Card u have. He has a mid range one. He plays at 144Hz which is why it says 144 FPS most of the time. Notice it goes down when it gets stressed. This means he is getting over 144FPS, but the game displays up to 144 because he is playing at 144Hz. Depending on the Hz you are playing at, the video card will try to output that amount of FPS.
