Target Practice Belouis Some music video HQ sound

In the early 2000's I've been looking for this song for about 15 years. All I knew was the name of the song was "Target Practice". One day in 2001 at the mall at a Virgin music store (they went out of business a long time ago) I searched for the song on one of their music kiosks. My gorgeous wife asked what I was looking for. I answered "Target Practice", but I don't now who the band is. She said: Oh, it is Belouis Some. I did a search on the internet and found a guy living in New York talking about the song on a news group. That was pretty much the only hit I got on the internet. I emailed him and asked him if I send him $xx, will he send me the song. I sent him the $xx and 2 weeks later I got a CD. I finally managed to listened to the song after 15+ years, thanks to my beautiful wife and a guy in NY I never met.
