Even if it means spending a few dollars more, I always choose Target over WalMart. Just pulling into a WalMart parking lot gives me anxiety let alone the cramped, messy aisles. Thanks for the blog, Katie.

Thanks Katie. Agree with you, Tarjay as we call it, always seems to keep their shelves tidier. I may pay a bit more but prefer to get my paper goods, cleaning products, bath stuff etc. in Target rather than WallyWorld. Towels I pay a bit more for and go to Macys because they do the really large bath sheets that we prefer but I wait for the sales…. there are always sales.

It is a much nice laid out shop isn't it, just feels nicer inside. Macys sales are really good I know, we got all of our bedding from there a few months back and I couldn't believe the money she kept knocking off at the counter, will defo stock up again when the next sale is on xx

Pretty easy to apply online or at store. you also get target rewards and free shipping for online purchases. Love my target in south Florida. 😊

I do enjoy your videos. Loved this shopping haul to be honest im a bit jealous, i just wish i could do that. I cant tor 2 reasons the main one being having the vaccine left me so i havent been able to work I get light-headedness and a few memory issues so i wouldnt want to be out and go like that. But also not being able to work money is short, very short. But still i love watching other people's purchases. Xx

Great vlog as always! What? One more day to wait from next week one? Just kidding 😅 I am always happy when I see another vlog from you. If you get the chance I would love if you could go to the Vineland Disney Outlet anf maybe the MK one? About the shopping for cleaning products I always hear that they are cheaper at Sam's Club. When I am in the States I shop for those thongs at CVS. With the store card you get coupons and rebate and you can save a lot of money with the promotions they have. Wpuld love to see a trip to CVS too

Target is always so easy to spend extra. I did get the Target debit card for that extra little discount you get on everything. I’ve never tried the flamingo razors but they look like the Billie ones which I love.

The Billie ones were next to them and I looked at both, not sure why I chose this one but hopefully it’s ok. Someone else said about the Target credit card too, might be hard for me to get credit with being new but maybe in the new year they will give me one x

I love target but I do find I save more n enjoy the name brand of wal mart not for cloths but household stuff pillows furniture candles paper goods cleaning supplies etc. but I do go early weekday like 6 7 am otherwise smh 😊. Look forward to the complete house tour when all furniture n deco is in. ❤ the towel set.

Another great shopping vlog Katie ❤ Although you spent over $300 I didn't think anything you purchased was too expensive, overall it seemed good value.. I would buy all my homeware products in Target if I were kitting out a new home - all the products seemed good quality. Can you please do a Halloween vlog in Lowes and HomeDepot? 🤞I've heard they do lots of scary stuff that's great to decorate the outside of your home with for Halloween. BTW what did Jason need raw plugs for? xx

I agree I do think Target is good value for money and I like the range of things they sell. Yes that’s a great idea maybe I’ll do that next week as I’ve already been in Lowe’s and the Halloween stuff is fab 😍😍 It’s to put up the new curtain pole in the spare room, he doesn’t use the ones that’s provided coz he said they are rubbish. Katie. I was looking up what my salary would be in the UK. It’s supposedly less than half of what it is here. But the cost of goods seems comparable. How does the pay for like jobs compare?

Unfortunately salaries in the UK are a lot less for lots of jobs compared to the US and would be for Jason’s job too, part of the reason we didn’t go back to the UK. But yes the prices are similar to here nowadays 🤷🏼‍♀️ I really don’t know how families on a low income survive!! X
