I don't know if my stores don't have the chance to keep up at the bullseye or if they just don't put things out, because I have been to 2 different targets and I have not seen half this stuff. Then again it's early, but it was the same around Christmas time, all I saw were the tinsel trees and galvanized houses. I never saw those mini rolling pin ornaments people raved about

I actually work at target (not that target) and I did the family mannequin set up. So someone from corporate made the visual mech guide to call for that hideous, sweater and jumpsuit to combo on the girl mannequin. Usually what you see on these mannequins are not of the team members doing it is enforced.
