Hi Marquita, Thank you for taking us shopping with you at Target. My daughter has been a vegan for 2 years now, and she loves it.😊 I’m 57 years old, and it’s definitely harder to lose weight now than when I was younger. I’ve have lost 25 pounds doing intermittent fasting, but I am considering going vegan to speed up my weight loss. ☺️

Never gave up Tea or coffee. I only drink herbal tea and drink coffee from home. I know what I put in my coffee vs believing what Star Bucks tell me lol.
