Sunny or not, you probably still need sunscreen. Most weather forecasts tell you the uv index for the day/time, if the index is more than 2, then you need to use sunscreen. Even in Finland where I'm from the large majority of days in the year have uv index above 2. Today is overcast and the uv index is 5 so no joke

no some sunscreens only have uvb protections but most have uvb and uva or in other terms “broad spectrum” which covers both uv’s.
