That is unusual, it is this special dart board here. You find other dart boards in soft tip tournaments. Also 25 is 25 and bull’s eye is 50. this Mode „25 is 50“ is more common in Japan, though. It’s called Bull Shooter but I don’t like it as well.

This is not a standard soft tip dartboard. For classic and official matches is used dartboard with only two-line segments, not with those huge segments.

I feel the same. I'm watching from Alaska as well. I love the darts and the atmosphere that is usually in the tournaments. All those crazy fans. Phil Taylor is my favorite but I love Barney as my second. This was so awesome. I do wish it was regular darts and not the plastic ones but I'll take it.

why does PHIL TAYLOR throw up on the twenty sometimes and then goes down to the 19 for his 2nd and 3rd throw. It confuses me and its like the camera man KNOWS he going to go to the 19 every single time he does it. I am soooo confused right now. they are not even showing the 20 on the dart board as if the rules say he must switch from 20 to 19 right in the middle of the 3-dart throw for the 2nd and the 3rd dart, what gives here???

Taylor is the best in the World (Or was before he retired.) But Taylor 16 time world champion. There just might not be enough room in the lounge. Taylor most likely has a room steel tip board and all of the trophies to go with it. You must remember after he got divorced he had to move house. Maybe it's just a question of room

This is soft tip darts BUT it is called AMERICAN DARTS !! Big difference, beacuse not every soft tip darts is played on this bigger segments. In Balkan, we play soft tip mostly BUT segments are identical to steel tip and bull and bullseye is 25 and 50. Even we have 2 dots on treble and double segments for a darts, which is less space than on steel tip boards. PS on this soft tip American Dart, the line is 7 centimeters further than normal play...
