Nice lecture, Jill.I have a Medscape article coming out soon on whats new in therapeutic hypothermia in stroke settings. One of my interviewees is Patrick Leyden who says that based partly on his in vitro studies involving different brain cells types at different temperatures, the 2013 TTM study was statistically underpowered and that's why it could not detect an outcome difference between 33 and 36 deg..

"No matter where they arrest, no matter what rhythm" Got it. But... I'm still confused on if we should do this based on if the patient is comatose or not? and some clarification as to how they are defining "comatose"?
