Wall Street consistently makes misguided decisions. Their excitement over the passage of trade agreements NAFTA and GATT, which resulted in the loss of American factory jobs to Mexico and China, reveals their shortsightedness. As for me, I couldn't care less about the opinions of the investor class. Before these disastrous trade agreements were enacted, American workers were in a much stronger position. I advocate for their complete abolishment. While the current tariffs are a step in the right direction, I believe they should be raised to 100%. This would compel manufacturers to relocate their factories to the United States, ensuring an abundance of well-paying factory jobs and a more reliable supply chain. It is crucial for America to achieve complete self-sufficiency in all essential areas, including energy, textiles, advanced electronics, and heavy industry

Nayyy!! Canada and Mexico gonna join BRICS and stop using the dollar for trade. Tariffs on Canada and Mexico will speed up the dedollarization process. Just ask the EU, EU already looking for new trade deals with China.

lol its not about the boarder or drugs , its about giving America more for less , Trump himself said the boarder is a invisible line . we will find out soon what he really wants. now for the first time all political parties in Canada will be 100% for building pipelines and Lng terminals and finally selling energy to world markets instead of just exclusively America , Canadians pay more for Canadian energy than Americans do . we have been getting the sh8t end of the stick for decades on energy exports its about time Canada becomes a energy super power. who do you suppose the u.k. will want to buy their energy from? a hostile America or a friendly Canada? America can not be trusted anymore. btw more drugs come into Canada from the U.S by far not to mention 97% of gun crimes are committed with American guns , also illegal boarder crossing from the U.S into Canada is way worse, your new York mayor for instance was bussing illegals to our boarder which is a international crime. as long as it benefits America they are more than willing to break the law.
