I have the impression that they want to make it harder for themselves to win. They definitely lack discipline and that is the role of IGL to keep your team focus and not overheating

BUT, it does seem like they have a sort of “too cool for school” vibe to them, which ends up making it look worse when they do have underwhelming results. It could be form/other factors that make it hard for them to get a ball rolling, but at that point I’d assume they would be spending a LOT more time on just playing as a team. At least in my opinion, it would make sense to navigate the issues(whether there or not) that the team is facing and then focusing on strengthening those as well as chemistry since there are newer dudes here. I wouldn’t even be mad if they straight up ditched all content and whatever to just because as strong as they should be on paper. But it’s my opinions and I hope I didn’t offend lol.
