Tarik seems to always be hopeful that 'Pro City' can be brought back to life, but we're still yet to see any attempts at actually realizing that desire...

He's constantly saying that he wants to bring back 'Pro City' and say he has to figure out the logistics or something. We're not sure what's happening behind the scene, is it procrastination? Or some other blockers, its not really clear what's stopping him. I'm sure there's a lot of factors behind it but I'm also pretty sure he can get a decent team to build a working system for the Pro City and he can get supporters for it too. Even TenZ is saying he wants an FPL like system in Valo and is willing to invest money out of his own pocket to make it happen.
