I believe at 1:36:28 Zzal made a mistake. He moved Bigfoot from left corner to the library, despite the fact that Jill was standing right on the portal. He'd have to boost for 3 to get where he was. In fact, it changes A LOT, because Taric would have been able to hide Daisy in the corner, if Bigfoot wasn't there, which means that Daisy wouldn't die to horns yet. So yeah, big deal actually

Yeah, this was discussed a bit afterwards off stream. There was one person in chat that mentioned it when it happened (by asking "how did BF get there?") and it wasn't until about 6 minutes later that someone actually confirmed it was an illegal move (at which point it is way too late to do something about it). Nobody else really caught it live until it was mentioned a few times later in the chat and some people went back and rewatched. I really don't think it was an intentional illegal move from zzzzaa1. It's unfortunate that it happened and nobody (including either player) caught it. Usually between the players, commentators, and chat (multiple people confirming an issue right away), things are caught and corrected (or compensated somehow) pretty quickly, so there must have been a lot everyone was thinking about in the heat of the moment that allowed it to slip through the cracks.

Despite being high level players, they sure take a lot of flak from everyone other than zeroskatr. They're supposed to be commentators, not backseat drivers.

Even in board game competition, there is toxicity

With you a little bit. It is tough as a commentator and I think generally they do ok. I acknowledge that they do sometimes acknowledge that player X may not have the cards available but way too often they seem to go in on a player for not doing this or that and I always think "but they might just not have that card(s)". @roxas77 I wouldn't go as far as to say they are being toxic but they could more often acknowledge the privilege of a)commentating without the pressure of actually being the player in the game and b) players so often just do not have the cards they want.

Really enjoyed Game 1 as at this point I find watching Yen gameplay a little boring and so nice to see Achilles take her down. She is a great character not saying she isn't but you see her so often because she is just at that power level of really good without being OP enough to be an auto ban/pick. This problem I find even more so with Bigfoot. Not quite OP enough to be a Sherlock/Medusa auto pick/ban but I find watching his matches even more boring/predictable. This isn't a knock on the players or tournament. Players are always (and rightly so) going to pick those they think will give them the best chance of winning and the tournaments do a pretty good job with the various picking/banning formats to make sure we see as diverse a selection of characters as possible. Not sure much more can be done but it is always more interesting to see different characters in the later stages. Still great to have these on youtube to watch.
