As student of university Asmara , first batch, Fr. Dr. Tewede Beyen has taught us a lot about distortion of history ! You remind me our intelligent professor! I don't know whether he alive or not ! Please thank him for his deep insight of Eritrean history! He is eye opener and pioneer!

Thank You very much for teaching the history of Eritrea 🇪🇷! This is very important for the lost souls of Eritreans youths especially those in the diaspora who have no knowledge/clueless about their forefathers and Eritrea 🇪🇷 ancient history! Eritrea 🇪🇷 needs more History Scholars!
Sorry I am late. I'm Eritrea & I don't care about Tigray/Ethiopia but I would still like to know how the story of the peoples of Tigray & Eritrea evolved so differently. Thk you.

The sad thing is that there are no full historical books about Eritrea and without any knowledge of the past then the bloody unsavory past is bound to repeat itself, and Shaebia is not teaching the full history to children in depth together with the political science of our history in today's geo-politics. We were so terrified to see the people of Asmara waving the Ethiopian flag and kissing Abby Ahmed's photo a couple of years ago when he visited Asmara, it appeared at that time and even today those kids and the ignorant masses don't mind being slaves again under Ethiopian rule if they were given a chance once more to vote for a "referendum." Sadly most Eritreans have failed to be conservative at home or abroad, because they do not know their true history to fuller extent, in most cases they are simply representing themselves to the world by marginalizing Eritrea's true history, and that is our "Achilles Heel," and that should keep us all awake at night.🇪🇷 Keep up the good work. Long Live Medri Bahri.🇪🇷 Long Live Eritrea.🇪🇷

You cannot deny history. You live history. Eritrea was part of Ethiopia .Because Ethiopia is mother land all Eritrean run to Ethiopia at the first opportunity!!! This is the fact you have to swallow. All Eritrean shop need Ethiopia commodities.

I would like the Tigrians and Ethiopian to admit language is one of the minor factor to establish a state! There are other big factors which played a significant role ! Let mentioned them : psychological make up , common tie and sentiment, positive feeling of past history, close tie of blood line , religion, historical common share , customs , economical tie , sharing common social structure and so forth! Once Eritrea established as a state different Eritrean society have developed common identity and belongingness! Most African states created in such way , including Ethiopia! That is former organization of OAU decided all colonial borders to remain as they are ! People who share the same language and religion are found in different states , take Somalia as example divided into five countries!
