No. There is a consensus among Islamic scholars (Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah) about sunnah. That is Al-Quran and Hadith. Regarding your question on the validity of Hadith, there are many levels of grading a Hadith ranging from Sahih (the highest form, ie; the most trustable), Hasan (trustable), Dhoif (weak) and Mawdhu' (false). What I wrote here is highly superficial because the science in extrapolating the validity of Hadith is very intricate and complex. Better ask a scholar nearby your area.
