It's either luck or you need more ingredients. It worked for me with 5 eggs, 3 chilis, 2 carrots and 1 wolf meat....not sure if the ingredients are wrong. It did not use up all my ingredients.

I learned that you have to hold down the mouse button instead of clicking it all the time xd
