well I just found out about this game, then found out about the p2w and finally foud this vid that tells you it's not p2w anymore, I'm pretty sure they lost hundreds if not thousands of players by doing what they did and they won't come back cause it's hard to find the updated info.

​@@EndlessSummer1992 You know this video covers the changes to p2w right? They've literally listened to the playerbase and removed most of the p2w aspects from the game. Theres still an in-game shop, but the BiS gear is no longer purchasable with any currency, but rather dropped from raids, which is a lot more balanced. I think it's all in all a very fair monetization model, especially for a game that's free to download and play in the first place

hmmm first of all.. seems alot of the monetization changes are good/fine. only issue im kinda confused about is they removes the inscribed dust from being bought w gold to now {pls correct me if im wrong} being you can buy the actual seals with gold. seems like maybe its a cancel out effect no? {or do we need the dust still to to unlock the socket to then be able to place the seals? } aside from that only other 2 issues are 1} whales will still be able to buy out full bis pre raid crafted gear w gold yes or no? and 2} complete resource removal might bring forth another balance issue if devs dont get balance right favoring resource heavy classes...mages/dps priest/dps bard { i didnt play some of the other classes so i cant speak for them.} overall seems like good steps in the right direction. im excited to revisit the game on global release. great vid spid

I've been checking the internet, but my google-fu is apparently underleveled. Does Tarisland have controller support? Controller support for PC and / or mobile? I am less concerned about PC controller support, but really hope for mobile it supports controllers. Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone talk about it yet.

The part about last test that was worrying was the difference in HP that your rank gives you in pvp, which was a gigantic advantage if you were just 1 day behind. Let alone if you are lowest rank and bring along a top rank, which screwed with the matchmaking. Hopefully they add more cosmetics, because they have literally had the same ones the entire testing, except for 2nd test which introduced some dragons. Think they actually removed 1 or 2 outfits if im correct from earlier test. They definitely needed to bring mana pots back, but rework the system where it's not as bad as it was in previous test and just make mana pots purchasable with silver. Mana pots made pvp more challenging, but they def needed to allow every platform to be able to use it unlike last time where mobile players didn't even have the option to use mana pots or hp pots in arena, while PC could.... that was unfare.

Regarding mana removal, Guild Wars 2 did this and it worked well. You rely on cooldowns and GW2 has a really complex and deep system. For ALL 3 healers, they redesigned the 0 cooldown heal. It now heals 1/3rd as much (which is almost useless), but the power of it ramps up over 4.5 seconds back to full power. So you fix your rotation to fit in the single heal every 3-5 seconds rather than dropping all your CDs then spamming 1 and mana pots. I played all 3 healers in Elite Raids in the Final CN beta, healing complexity has improved. Only problem now is damage 1/4th as much, so healers can't help the team burst after everyone is healed up. And this heal mechanic drastically nerfs emergency healing in PvP.

@@lexalex8755 Because even though GW2 has the best leveling experience I've ever had in an MMO, they've completely ruined their endgame transition as nothing eases you into it or prepares you for it or shows you any of it. GW2 endgame has no place for new players. Tarisland endgame makes it easy to enter.

Don't use BP or CP system,.... Don't sell gear or any progressive stone or item to make stronger in the shop via real currency,.... Any item which makes stronger only can get from raid, dungeon, Guild Wars reward/PvP reward,.... It's so fair,..... If the gap between F2P to P2W too big, makes the game imbalance in power when PvP,... Makes it not fun anymore and dead game,.... This always happen in almost MMORPG System that cannot last for 1 or 2 years.... WE NEED FAIR PVP SYSTEM IN MMORPG, THIS WILL BRING THE GAME FOREVER,.... :) , the Developer can sell Mount, Custom, Aura, or some power boost buff only+ 10℅ in cheap way real currency (the buff duration can be daily or monthly),........ To the Developer please make an open map PK or PvP, or at least some map can open PK freely, it's really fun and enjoyable to play, not just by arena 3vs3 or 10vs10 or even Guild War only,......... Makes a skill combination and talent in high mechanics way,.... So we need good combo and combination in PVP to make it really fun, competitive and enjoyable game
