I believe Aqua is right about having to register for Arena on the website. Initially I had the “soon” status on the launcher for Arena despite having EOD. I visited the BSG website and registered for Arena under the Arena tab. I didn’t have immediate access after registering, but this morning I received an email from BSG granting me Arena access. Edit: I re-checked the email. I was granted access only a few hours (~3 hrs) after registering.
