SJ12, its food and hydration in a stim. if you run out you hit that and you will be fine.

Bleeding is actually dangerous as it can bleed out the limb, then the player has to find a safe spot to do surgery. For me bleed recovery, pain kill (so the PMC is not groaning in pain and exposing location), and eTG are 3 items I must have when I get into serious fights. That plus SJ6 to get out of the engagement quickly and as far as possible when necessary.

honestly obdolbos 2 has a use case aka pop it then pop sj/trimadol for negating the nerfs but other than that its a huge debuff from a mule and even in the use case of obdolbos 2 + stam increasing stim then youre down about the same as a mule costs anyways
