I'm a big fan of this mod, especially with tarnished Isaac. Even though I sometimes forget that the broken die eats items and then go picking up items not remembering that it's just gonna be used up to fill the broken die.

I think it would be a interesting to see more Binding Of Isaac mechanics being used for characters, for example, as far as I'm aware there aren't any characters that exploit pills, cards, runes, etc, and there aren't any characters that exploit champion variant enemies. I think it might be interesting to see a character, say, Tarnished Cain start off with endless nameless and maybe even a higher chance at finding horse pills at the expense of some interesting downside Or Tarnished Samson to start off with the Purple Heart, Glyph of Balance, and Champion Belt. Or even having any viable enemy be a champion varient. With the upside being that room drops are doubled, for example. I'm not sure. But the idea of C-Side characters is great

Just starting with Glyph of Balance would make Tarnished Samson overpowered. Maybe a new item would be better, where it completely removes room drops so all drops come from champion enemies.

I once had an idea for something similar except they would be called healed characters. They would take the positives from both tainted and regular and combine it into one OP character that would just be a late game reward. Like for issac, he would just be regular Isaac but with tainted’s options and he has the ability to drop items so he can change his run on the fly. Isaac isn’t the best example but you get the idea.

Mostly in games the reward for winning is a harder challenge, not an easier one. Maybe you get a reward for completing a challenge, but that's just so you can do a harder one. Getting a reward and then doing the same task isn't rewarding.

I’ve got plenty of ideas for c-side characters like this: you don’t have damage, speed, shot speed etc., also you cannot pick up any items. BUT, you still have luck and having a luck up will boost you damage, speed etc., however, every item will give you luck up based on his rarity, like 0 tear will gave you 0,5 luck up, 1tear - 1 luck up etc.. I think it would be cool idea for a character, that meant to be hard(like lost) and it will change his gameplay completely.

A good way to subtly buff his birthright is to make it so when you "reroll" a quality 4 tem its chance to go down is reduced to 5% and rerolling a quality 0 item has a chance to increase in quality by 40%
