This is the official Mawaru 10 - it's the first Mawaru in "season 3" of the Mawaru Series, being the first Mawaru to not support StepMania 3.95 or normal oITG in any way (noteskins or otherwise). Season 2 was Mawarus that incorporated playable minigames, but didn't require notITG to play.
It debuted as Stage 4 of Modster Mash 3, which happened at Rumble In The Prairie 10 at University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (same location as WinDEU Hates You series)

I was just going to watch the Stage 2 video and I see this got uploaded! I fucking love Oskari's design and even voice, not to mention this Mawaru looks really fucking amazing and very enjoyable to look at. Also the return of Go Blue or Go Home was actually pretty funny.
