Some UKSRTs have no phantasm stage, like UKSRT1, UKSRT2, UKSRT3, UKSRT4, and UKSRT6.

Actually, UKSRT3 and UKSRT4 had Phantasm stages. Though if I remember correctly, UKSRT4's Phantasm was never released.

No, UKSRT4's phantasm was released. It's called "Catch Me If You Can" in the course file

UKSRT3 & 4 has phantasm stages. (e.g. 2nd part of Kaworu Nagisa battle, and 3d Platformer, "Catch Me If You Can.")
