I love the quality of the Anima Antiqua decks. And I really like how expressive the faces are in this deck. I think the true color you described was coming through intermittently, maybe the camera was trying to correct what it perceived as a lighting issue? Thanks for sharing this one with us, Robyn! 💜

Oooh maybe! I love the quality of these decks too. I have to say, as much as I covet my Soprafino, this is my favorite of the AA decks I’ve managed to snag so far. 😍

Enjoyed the coloring of these but the grimaud/copyright notes on the cards is putting me off. I’m finicky that way.

That’s fair 😊 Although they are small, I can see how they might. I wonder how many other packs printed then might have the same copyright. I’d love to attend a tarot museum someday and see this kind of stuff. Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts!

You can view these cards in the Biblioteque National Paris France online. They have a different copy scanned but it’s equally as nice as the Anima Antiqua
