Really useful video, James, and thanks for introducing me to the work of Andy Matzner. I usually use my own simple spreads and 'read' around the spirit of the current situation rather than working specifically on myself, so this is a call to specific self-scrutiny on the grounds of being responsible for my own inner development. James, what can I say, this was excellent!!! My word of the year for 2021 was "Contentment", so I crafted a sigil for that in many mediums and have placed it all around as a reminder. Learning to ask myself before any material acquisition, will this make me feel more content in life or is it just supporting some "fantasy life" in my mind? "My prison was my paradise". That is such a great insight all by itself, appreciating what is right in front of you and not on some distant horizon (cue the 3 of wands). Love your thoughtful approach to life my friend.
