Marco plays bass for Nightwish and does mostly backup vocals with some lead vocals for Nightwish. If you hadn't listen to any of Nightwish's music than where the hell have you been? Fucking awesome band no matter who the lead singer is such as Tarja Turunen, Anette Olsen, or current lead vocalist, Floor Jansen. I am in my late 40s and love the old bands like you do but can't understand how people of my age or older never heard of Nightwish and even more so is that some Sabbath, Dio, Ozzy, Metallica, Maiden or any of the great hard rock, metal bands fans seem to not like Nightwish. Most that heard of them like or love Nightwish but some of them don't, WTF. To me that doesn't make any sense. If your a fan of the great old metal and hard bands as well as a fan of classical music than you should love the music of Nightwish. If you don't than WTF??????

I don't know about others but in this cover the band played the song with a lower pitch, more slowly and the bass seems louder than in the original. The guitar's distortion sounds more agressive, too. Beautiful cover, pretty cool to manage to sound heavier than the legendary BS
