Thanks for the video. It helped me troubleshoot some of the odd behavior I was having with my X6 retracts. * Both * sets of landing gear were wired backwards, such that on fail safe they retracted - not very helpful behavior! Reversing both sets of wires resolved the issue. Per your comment in the video, I would definitely work this out - before - you install them on your copter.

Nice video. Just received my retracts too. Haven´t yet checked if the polarity is in order, but will soon. Any news on the mystery port btw?

I am curious why the Power wire on the Servo connection into the TLX8002 is not cut, i would have thought it needed to be cut since only the signal is needed into the Controller and it has its own power? your thoughts?

Thank you for sharing this video. I just received my set of retracts but im having issues getting them to work properly. I am using the Taranis with the X8R receiver which is new to me. When you assigned the retracts to channel 8 on your receiver, did you have to set any curves or additional settings for that channel? If so, please explain. Thank you much!

Is it possible to set this failsafe function without the control box? I have my legs wired directly to a channel on my x8r and use the throttle to raise and lower them, when I turn the transmitter off they stay up.

Nice info mine keeps blinking blue with everything connected. I even got the channel for it setup but nothing moves. i am using pixhawk 2.1 on channel 7... any advise

How did you reverse, when I turn off my tx landing gear goes up ????

You can reverse the polarity of the wires that from each leg and plug into the module. Geekazoid has a video on reversing the polarity.
