Hi, narcissist survivor here 😂… 1.) minimal contact. Stop being a humanitarian. It is not your responsibility to be their parent, therapist, and healer. Yes/no, cut and dry contact. 2.) pour all of energy into yourself. Meaning focus on why do you feel a certain way; what is the narcissist doing to trigger you; and what can you do to avoid or cope with their projections on you. 3.) 🗣️ Stop telling them your business!
