Hello there, around 2:56 you mentioned that it doesn't fit too well in the pack. Well, you can actually take out the 4 little struts, and then you can freely stuff the tent. I almost always do that, it takes just a few seconds to take the struts out and this way the tent fits into a tiny small compression sack. And when i wanna pitch the tent, it takes again just a few seconds to put the struts back in. I hope this helps :)

M G thank you! It could be that your poles are set too high. It takes a little tinkering someyimes to get it just right.

The only bad thing with tarptent is there zips. If you get the mayfly chair you can sit on it under your Stratospire tent. There is now a cuben version whichbis only 200 grams less but it is a superb tent!! Watch out for the 27 th Aug for the cuben version. Atb Ultra light nights Just subbed ya dude

I slept in mine a few nights but still haven't had the chance to test it out in the rain. I seam sealed it so im hoping that it does a good job of keeping the water out.

Jady Guidry as long as you seem sealed it you will be fine. I did get a few drops from condensation, but it didn’t affect me in anyway. And I had a lot of rain. Enjoy!

David Amsler I do. I had a chance to upgrade to a cuben fiber tent but couldn't take it because i just liked this one too much.

JayClason hard for me to justify the cost of the cuben fiber gear. I've been bouncing between this one and the 2 person one.

I hear you there. I'd say of it's just you the single has plenty of room. Im pretty picky about my tent having enough space and this felt just fine.
