Before some of you make comments about certain things, please note that this is a post-interview conversation that Tarrus insisted that we record and publish. Bless!

Respect to The Fix for putting out the interview. Very good reasoning that made a lot of valuable points. Now Tarrus is right that all must find themselves. For we must all show and prove who we are. We can say we are anything but what you do is just that. Though we all can do what we want we will find out soon or later that some actions bring bad reactions and some actions bring good reactions. If you are a person that gravitates more to the negative actions would I be judge mental to say you are negative or am I just calling a spade a spade. If you take a test and get the wrong answers and there for fail the test am I judging you to say you failed the test. We can all do as we like, but we must all take responsibility for our actions. It is a fact the some actions bring more good into the world and some actions bring more bad. Overstanding that as a good spiritual person your job is to bring more of the good actions into the world is what we call righteous livity. So yes we can do as we like but your actions show who you are. So if I call a spade a spade. That is not judging. It’s accepting the reality.

You don’t need religion to navigate life. Knowledge prevents you fr blindly following the teachings of a book (Bible) that was never written by the “creator.” Ppl don’t ask questions or research history, they rely on “faith,” which is a key component because what cannot be validated by evidence or logics requires “faith.” Faith is a fail-safe. Why would Moses climb a mountain to receive “commandments” that existed decades prior in ancient Egypt? The writings are literally on the walls in Egypt. Furthermore, the person you know as the “son” is a concept (lie) that originated fr Egyptians worshipping the “sun.” Why? Because the sun, literally keep us alive. They vilify everything associated to Egypt. The eye of horus isnt associated w/the devil, in fact it outlines the anatomy & location of yr third eye (pineal gland). Now ask yrself, how in the hell could ancient Egyptians hve access to this knowledge w/out advanced technology? Do yr own research, dnt question me. If u hve access to YT, you also hve access to Google.

It's funny that anyone (the Rastas) would claim that Rasta(fari) isn't a religion. It’s like they want to redefine universal terms. Heck, Buddhism is a religion; atheistic though. Bring back Skatta Burrell to “bun out” all this doublespeak, or Anthony B, LOL! Regardless, watching believers rationalize their beliefs is always hilarious. Case in point, the man says religion isn’t real (whatever that meant) but thinks Haile Selassie some “god”?
@NickMartinTravels4 жыл бұрын
The ironic thing is that Selassie believed in Jesus & never see himself as divine. I like tarrus reasoning but I think he is lacking in a few places. E.g. Some of the things he say about Christians are stereotypical (having engaged in Christian communities outside of Jamaica you realize stereotypes are just that ) & he appeared to throw some of Rasta tenets under the bus i.e. like glossing over why Rasta don't like capitalism
@alexkweya30604 жыл бұрын
That's what happens when you want to have your cake and eat it too. And that goes for most believers who want to colour outside what their religious precepts.
