The palette is really pretty but I'm starting to feel like eye shadows are just becoming been there and done that these days. This color story is literally everywhere. Not trying to be mean or negative. It's just not ..idk... Just feel like makeup brands need to take a break.

I totally get your point, it kinda feels like fast fashion. Nowadays I try to be more conscious while buying instead of falling for beautytok’s viral products. I have so much natasha denona and Pat MG's eyeshadow palettes.A few from tarte actually.Some Nars and Tilbury and a few Melts and some others.If i really like that new Tarte colour story,i am sure i can get similar shades out of all of my natasha's palettes alone.Even im bored with whats denona and Pat's coming out with the last two years.I need to use what i already have..Still,i enjoy watching you Morgan 👋💓

The color story reminds me of ND Metropolis & Sunset. Alter Ego still has a Metropolis dupe (and a Bronze dupe), which would be interesting to see up against the Tarte. In general, I’m trying to watch these videos to get inspiration on using the palettes I already have (except, cough, PMG… and Viseart when they have sales)…

My favourite Tarte eye palette is the Tarteist Pro Remix. Only 2 lighter Mattes however I use it as a companion palette for Matte heavy palettes. That look is freaking beautiful on you. Inspirational!

Hi Morgan, I think this is a nice palette. I really enjoyed the Juicy palette. Tarte eyeshadow is not all that but I think the Juicy palette is much better. I like the eye look you did, it’s very nice and you used a lot of shades. Thanks for your review on this Tarte ManEater palette.

Makeup Revolution had a palette called “Wild…” something, can’t remember. It was limited edition, and it was very similar to this one, down to the Leopard print packaging and shadow embossing. I bought it and I love it. This reminds of the Urban Decay Vice palettes they used to release as their holiday palette.

I finally ordered this and got it today and a few of the pans were all cracked up. The black especially was smashed up and flaking all over several other pans. It still looks beautiful, but given the price, I think I'm going to see if Ulta can replace it.

Wondered when you were gonna look at this one! It’s so pretty I love it. Swatches in the store sold me. The ulta girls said they bought one and love it. This one caught my eye in the catalog! It also came with a free gift! Also, other reviewers have done too. My swatches on my arm were more pigmented. I’d check it out for yourselves if you’re interested. No disrespect… I just saw better swatches and in person it looks better.

I think a few years ago I would have bought and enjoyed this. For someone just getting a little more adventurous with their makeup, it might be exciting, and truly, that’s their main audience. To me it feels a bit bae Minerals holiday 2020. In the end, it’s a step out of their usual lane a bit for Tarte, but not enough to be worth the $52.

I'd love to say this is great palette, unfortunately I think it's a boring palette and repetitive. This can be duped many times over (as can most palettes now). The only thing I worry about is it’s made in Taiwan . Tarte palettes that I’ve gotten before that are made in Taiwan or China have a weird chemical smell .

It looks OK but I'm not sure that we should get excited because this Tarte formula is good or at least better. The bar is pretty low if it is set at the usual Tarte eyeshadow formula. Kind of pretty to look at but I would never use the majority of the shades and the swatches were not impressive. I have enough makeup that wows me that I don't have room for something that is just ok. I have really been blah about makeup and since it is so expensive, I'm now only buying big "wow" and loves. No room in my collection for just ok.

Hi Morgan…….let me start with the positive….Tarte was the first eyeshadow palettes that I bought when I got into makeup. That was about 4 years ago. I have every palette Tarte as ever done. My first thought when I saw this palette on UTube was disappointed. The color story didn’t make any sense. All the fall out and hard to blend colors out will not suit beginners at all. To me the color story didn’t make any sense. It was like Tarte just threw a bunch of new colors together thinking no one would notice. I will not buy this plus the price tag is to steep for shades that don’t blend……and has way to much fall out……Judy D

Not excited by this one. I don't really understand settling for less pigment or less interesting shades for "day to day" makeup. I wear exciting, colourful, impactful makeup every day and that's what I expect from my palettes!!
