I found Shape tape creamy dries down to a more soft matte finish and has medium coverage compared to radiant. Radiant had light to medium coverage and a more hydrated skin like finish.

Thanks Steff! I think it looked fine but I remember your review of their flex concealer and I don’t think this one looks as good as that one? And I know it isn’t for me, I have too much darkness going on which always requires a corrector anyway. But that requires something on top and I don’t think this one is it. Gotta watch the layering closely! You are a Super Trooper for reviewing it for us! 💗

I’d love to see a side by side comparison with the radiant and ultra creamy. I was never a fan of the original…too drying and heavy but I do like the ultra creamy even though it can be a little heavy. The radiant sounds like my type of concealer for everyday.

I hate the original and love the ultra creamy and surprisingly this one. And literally everything people say is hydrating isn’t on me, so I was shocked it wasn’t dry, but I don’t use a lot either.

I’m so dry I actually mix the glow wand with Creaseless. I’m light skin (about NC25, but varies lighter or darker) and 20B looks white!

I’d love to see it over a color corrector, as that is how I usually wear concealer . . . Especially a light coverage, radiant concealer. And i agree. I never wear concealer as foundation and its the darkness and purple under my eyes that I need to conceal, so using it as foundation is not something I ever do. And I definitely like it with setting powder. I wonder if it is like the new HUDA Glowish brightening concealer that is really light coverage as well?

This one has more coverage than that Valentino one I tried not too long ago. I feel like this new one from Tarte will provide more coverage than the Huda Glowish concealer.

It looked beautiful, but I need more coverage. I would for sure have to color correct which is fine if the concealer is lightweight. Tarte does great with base products. I think I'll pick this up

Steff, are you a teacher? I know you said you worked on a school. I have a question - I am a teacher who loves makeup. I wear a full face almost every day. What do you do for beauty on the daily? I am torn because I love color and colorful eyeshadows. Do you wear colorful shadows to school? I tend to do more colorful looks on weekends and more neutral during the work week. What do you do personally? What do think is too much? I always feel out of place because most of my colleagues do no makeup or very minimal at best.

Im not a teacher. Im a PA. I work half in a hospital and half in a clinic. I wear whatever crazy colors i want. Some of my patients love it. Others tell me thats how they remember who i am. :) i vote wear what you love.

Yes I am! I wear two different eye looks to work sometimes lol 😂!! Sometimes I don’t wear any makeup so I can sleep in later. My campus isn’t strict about makeup. It’s all good and the kids love it. I work at a high school. I give makeup to them too lol 😂 but I rarely ever discuss my channel with them. To be honest I don’t think any of them know I have one.

From what I understand, if you want a colour correcting formula, you are to choose from the shades beginning with the letter "P" - this has a peachy hue. That aside, this concealer has me confused. I've now watched 3 reviews, and each one was negative - but for different reasons. I wish the original shape tape wasn't so drying, its coverage is epic. I never use a sponge to blend out my concealers, I want to keep as much of the coverage as possible 😉, goodness knows, my dark undereye circles need it 😅😅!! Love ya loads 🩵💜🩵💜🩵💜🩵

@SteffsBeautyStash One said it was an awful formula (initially, it looked ok, but between 6 to 8 hours later, it looked dreadful). The other said it creased terribly without powder, but overall, it's a good concealer. 😵‍💫🤯

I had picked up the Ultra Creamy while on vacation last summer. I loved it, but i had decluttered so many of my old concealers, so I kept buying new ones including lots of drugstore, Hourglass and lys. I just was never super happy with anything, so this week I've gone back to the Ulra Creamy, and it is perfection for me. I am not going to pick this one up. P.s. i am waiting for the Natasha to arrive from Sephora!😂

In my experience just when I finally found my all time can’t live without foundation or concealer they are reformulated or discontinued. I’m still mad about Urban Decay weightless HD foundation (round bottle) that had little mixing beads in it. Was perfect for my mid 40’s skin (can I go back please, I’m 53 now) and for my high school aged daughter. Different skin needs completely but it was seamless. Either those things happen or my skin changes and it’s too heavy, cakey, drying (insert everything that can go wrong).

Honestly I love my elf hydrating camo concealer. On my 52 year old skin it can't handle the tarte shape tape. It's always to heavy for my skin. And I'm gonna be honest but I didn't like it on you. Ive never used any of the other tarte concealer’s including the OG one, but Im happy with my Huda and Urban Decay Quickie at the moment so will give this a pass. This seems to have similar claims to the new Natasha Denona one, which is something I am very interested in as I like ND as a brand

I don’t understand why brands can’t make the same shades with the same numbers. Of course, I understand different formulas will effect the shade somewhat. Like a matte will probably differ slightly from glowy. But so many brands use the same shade names/numbers across different types/formulas of their concealers. It’s already hard to shade match and using the same names/numbers falsely makes you think it’ll match and then it doesn’t and it’s so frustrating! 😂 Then they have the 12s but not the 14s and just skip to 16s….WHHHHYYY? 😅
