Questo video è composto da tre parti, ovvero vedremo come preparare il pan di spagna al cioccolato, una ganache al cioccolato fondente e ovviamente i Tartufi al cioccolato.

Ingredienti per il Pan di Spagna - Ingredients for the sponge cake
👉250 gr di uova, o 4 uova grandi / 250 gr of eggs or 4 large eggs
👉Aroma alla vaniglia / Vanilla flavoring
👉150 gr di zucchero semolato / 150 gr of sugar
👉30 gr di cacao amaro in polvere / 30 gr of unsweetened cocoa powder
👉150 gr di farina 00 / 150 gr of plain flour
👉Un pizzico di sale / A pinch of salt
Ingredienti per la ganache al cioccolato - Ingredients for the chocolate ganache
👉100 ml di panna liquida / 100 ml of double cream
👉50 gr di cioccolato fondente / 50 gr of dark chocolate
Ingredienti per i tartufini al cioccolato - Ingredients for chocolate truffles
👉Pan di Spagna al cioccolato sbriciolato / crumbled chocolate sponge cake
👉 Bagna per dolci (50 ml di Grand Marnier, 50 ml di acqua e 2 cucchiaini di zucchero) / dip for sweets (50 ml of Grand Marnier, 50 ml of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar)
👉Ganache al cioccolato fondente / Dark chocolate ganache
👉Cioccolato al latte e cioccolato bianco / milk chocolate and white chocolate
