GROWING UP IN KAMAH (Akhund Keli) IN EASTERN AFGHANISTAN IN THE 1950’S AND 60’S, Sikh were our good neighbors, trusted merchants, classmates, dear friends, …. They came to our weddings and funerals and so did we. I have been to their homes , Gurdwara for happy and sad occasions and shared their meal. Sad to say that we were the last generation to see a Sikh in Afghanistan. What a loss and what a shame? P.s. I met an Afghan Sikh Taxi driver in London. He was from Jalalabad and spoke fluent Pashto. After the ride to the hotel, I have never hugged a person so tight and for so long in my life. Needless to say, we both cried.

Thank you so much for your imaginations in my home-country in the matter of peace and harmonious possibilities of communication in between different cultures with different religions in our backgrounds. We are all human beings and we do need for the most basic oxygen to inhale , secondly water for the fluid - circulations in our bodies , after that we need proper meals , then after : we need movements in any kind , gymnastics { the best Yoga or Qi Gong , Tai Chi , Judo etc. } , the minimum : walking all each day . Then we human beings we need harmonius relationships with each other of course not regarding of different skin colour , of different stage of academic or practical degree or of different religion in a back grounds . We do need good relationships with the animals and plants around us. , respecting n a t u r e and her rules and laws . We do need just peace and love while possibly smiling . We human beings we all have a black point in the middle of our eyes . . . مارتین

Hamayon jan and Rajwinerji played it magnificently as well Kirwani bandish from amir khusraow made famous by the lion and sartaj of music late ustad sarahang from Afghanistan long live afghan indian music
