Format is fixed, just items of psl are called by different names, either learn the format as it is or you can only write those expenses that are given in question.

Hello Sir, I have a doubt regarding wages in the company final accounts. Why are wages classified under the heading of direct expenses and not under employee benefit expenses? Since salary and wages are quite similar, I’m confused why they are treated differently. Could you please explain this distinction? Thank you, Sir!

Hello, Yes wages and salary are kinda similar and both are given to employees/ labourers. Direct expenses means all those expenses that are done for making the product, like factory rent, electricity expenses, carriage inwards etc, similarly wages are given to labourers that work in factory for production of goods, therefore it is directly an expense done on production of product so it is treated as direct expense. Hope doubt is clear.
